His background includes building and managing a national sales and marketing company that improved and reshaped one of the largest industries in the United States. During that time, his company sold billions in real property, goods and services. He developed a process to increase client retention, that is being utilized today all over the country. In 2014 Kristopher sold his company and made a life changing decision to become an outstanding real estate professional.
Upon immersing himself in the industry and working alongside some of top agents and brokers in Southern California over the past three years, that initial goal of achieving excellence has been accomplished. As of November 2017, Kristopher has completed twenty two transactions including, architecturally significant homes, luxury homes, neighborhood homes, townhouses and condos for more than $17,000,000 million in revenue.
He has proven that sellers and buyers will benefit substantially when they work with a professional that has knowledge, expertise, integrity, experience, and is committed to achieving the best possible result for them. To assure this is achieved he studies the marketplace daily and takes steps to continually improve his skills of negotiation and communication.
Kristopher was recruited by Harcourts Prime Properties in 2017, and proudly joined the organization based on their ethics, ongoing professional training, proprietary advanced technology, and their industry changing auction process. Kristopher has partnered his business with Ben Brady the Director of Auctions for Harcourts Auctions. Ben is the leading auctioneer in the country. He has called more "live" real estate auctions than any other auctioneer here in Southern California, selling more than $5,000,000,000 billion in property over the past five years.
